New Beginnings - For the Birds | Island Radio CJAI 101.3FM

Introducing the new blog of the radio show For the Birds on Island Radio! I will use this to post photos of the birds I am talking about and describe the contents of each show. And there are probably a few more cunning uses once I start experimenting.

On this week's show we started off with the usual update on the local bird situation. There's lots going on with plenty of new arrivals as we head towards the heights of spring migration.

I then briefly mentioned another type of new arrival: the Kingston Bird Club has just been launched and I joined them on their walk to Lemoine Point. If all goes well I will have an interview with the club founder Audrey Choi on next week's show.
